My journey is a dual path of navigating CPTSD and embracing my Autistic identity. I am a low-support-needs Autistic individual whose mind thrives on 'parallel processing' - I work best with multiple creative tabs open at once. When I find something I love, I dive deep, revisiting it dozens of times to capture every nuance and hidden message. For much of my life, I lived in survival mode, and the resulting CPTSD fog felt like a locked door to my own potential. The key to that door turned out to be the art of gloving; it taught me how my brain learns and proved what I am truly capable of. Today, my world is wide open, and I am proudly learning more about my beautiful mind every single day.
